ORDEA is an online system where parents can order meals for their children, check payments and cancel meals. The information collected tells us how many meals of each type to prepare each day. ORDEA works in a browser on a computer or phone.
External meal service platform
ORDEA is a separate system operated by STARTSOFT sp. z o.o. The sign-in link opens the operator’s website.
Sign in.Once the menu has been published, choose an order for the current or next month. For each day, indicate whether your child will have a meal and select a dish from the available options. You can also order meals for every day of the month and review the details later. Before finishing, check the dates and selected dishes, make any changes and confirm the order.
After confirming an order, the system shows the amount payable. ORDEA displays your account balance. If you have a credit, the system takes it into account when calculating the current balance.
You can cancel a meal if the order was placed correctly and the cancellation deadline has not passed. Open the order for the relevant month, choose the day and remove the meal. To cancel several days, repeat this for each day. The value of successfully cancelled meals is credited to your refund balance and can be used for a future order. Check the cancellation deadline in your nursery or school’s rules.
