We share the weekly menu and ingredients with the facility. Ask your child’s caregiver how to access it; if your facility uses ORDEA, check the information available there too. On our website you can find a sample menu.
Yes. Our menus include meat-free dishes. Ask your facility which option is available and how to order it.
No. We adapt menus and presentation to children’s ages and each facility’s routine. We describe the details separately in our services for nurseries, preschools and schools.
On request, we can discuss baked goods for events, packed meals for trips and nutrition education materials. The scope depends on the event’s needs and organisation.
Yes. We offer gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free meals, as well as vegetarian diets. We agree each child’s diet individually based on the information and recommendations provided.
Tell your facility which ingredients must be excluded and provide the recommendations for your child. The facility will agree with us how to prepare the diet; you can also discuss details with our dietitian.
Yes. Alicja offers consultations for parents and answers questions about the menu. You can email dietetyk@werandasmakow.pl or use the form on the Dietitian pageFor an individual child’s diet, please also agree the details with your facility.
It is best to introduce new flavours calmly and without pressure. We pay attention to taste, variety and presentation suited to children. Discuss the situation with your child’s caregiver and Alicja so the child’s needs can be considered.
Yes. Our dietitian runs workshops for parents on children’s nutrition. We agree the date and topic with the facility.
ORDEA is an external platform for ordering and cancelling meals and checking payments. It is operated by STARTSOFT sp. z o.o. You can find more information and a login button on the ORDEA page.
The facility provides parents with the registration link. Please use that link, as others may register you with a different facility. You can register more than one child under one account.
After logging in, choose an order for the current or following month once the menu is available. Select the days and meals, review your choices, then confirm the order. See the step-by-step guide.
If the cancellation deadline has not passed, open your order in ORDEA, choose the correct day and remove the meal. Select each day you wish to cancel separately. Check the cancellation deadline and rules with your facility.
After a successful cancellation, the amount is credited to your refund balance in ORDEA and can be used for a future order. Check your balance after logging in.
